An amazing day exploring Coptic and Islamic Cairo with the best team! Our guide Rania Khairy was fabulous - knowledgeable, engaging, and made the history of the Citadel, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Hanging Church, and the Cave Church truly come alive. A special thanks to our driver Walid, who was professional, kind, and made getting around Cairo smooth and stress-free. Going to Khan al-Khalili with delicious feteer, was the perfect lunch break. A wonderful blend of history, spirituality, and local flavor—highly recommended!

We had an amazing full-day tour of Islamic and Coptic Cairo with our guide Amal Mohamed. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the historical and cultural significance of every place we visited in a way that was easy to understand and really engaging. I walked away feeling like I actually understood the history, not just saw the sites. For lunch, Amal took us to a famous local koshary place and even showed us how to eat it like a true Egyptian – from mixing the sauces to getting the perfect bite. It was one of the highlights of the day and something I would never have experienced on my own. I highly recommend booking a tour with Amal if you want a guide who is kind, patient, and passionate about sharing the real Cairo.

We joined the Old Cairo: Islamic & Coptic Tour with Lunch and had a great experience. Everything was well organized, with an on-time pickup and a smooth route through the main historical sites. Our guide Nahed was fantastic — very knowledgeable, kind, and passionate. She explained each place clearly, from Abu Serga and Saint George to the Hanging Church, the Babylon Fortress, and the Citadel. Her stories made the history of Old Cairo truly come alive. The lunch was tasty and offered a good variety of dishes, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We never felt rushed and always felt well taken care of. Walking through the ancient churches and exploring Cairo’s rich religious heritage with Nahed was both educational and enjoyable. Overall, an excellent tour made even better thanks to Nahed’s professionalism and warm personality. Highly recommended!

Great day out around historical Cairo. Bassant our guide and her driver were fabulous...professional, friendly and informative. Excellent communication via WhatsApp before, during and after the day trip. I was in a small group with 3 other travellers. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Bassant took the time to answer any additional Q's and would negotiate good prices with vendors if you wanted to buy any gifts. Plenty of rest/comfort stops factored in during the course of the day. Good value itinerary and highly commended. Thank you both for a super day out!

This tour is great! It was a private tour and our guide (Hoda) was amazing. She is knowledgeable and was very attentive to our needs. It started early so that we were able to visit the places before many people arrived. We also stopped at the market and Hoda helped us in negotiate the price with the vendor and she came with us in a perfume shop once we told her it was in our interest. Everything was included but the beverage during lunch. Really recommended if you want to visit Old Cairo with a local guide!
