3.1 Bookings

• You confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all participants in your booking;
• You acknowledge that the booking is subject to availability and confirmation by the tour operator or service provider;
• You understand that Routri acts as an intermediary between you and the tour operators or service providers.

3.2 Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our Services are in the specified currency and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees. Payment methods accepted are specified during the checkout process. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use the payment method you provide;
• The payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete;
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your booking, including any applicable taxes and fees.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

4. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

By submitting User Content, you grant Routri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation of the Services, including for promoting Routri or the Services.

5.2 Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Routri to use your User Content;
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights;
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

5.3 Monitoring User Content

Routri reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to monitor, review, or remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Routri, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the Services or any content from Routri to you. You are not permitted to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as permitted by these Terms;
• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text;
• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Routri and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• Any content obtained from the Services;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• The acts or omissions of any tour operators or service providers.

In no event will our total liability to you for all claims related to the Services exceed the amount paid by you for bookings made through our Services during the six (6) months before the date of the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Routri disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Routri does not warrant that:

• The Services will meet your requirements;
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable;
• The quality of any tours, products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Routri and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Services using your account.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Egypt.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Routri regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings between you and Routri.
