At Routri, we aim to offer flexibility while ensuring fair compensation for our local operators. This policy outlines the rules for cancelling bookings and the timelines for processing refunds.
1. Standard Cancellation Rules
Unless stated otherwise on the specific tour page, the following standard cancellation terms apply to all bookings:
Free Cancellation: You are entitled to a full refund (100%) if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
No-Show: If you do not show up for the tour or arrive late for the pickup, no refund will be issued.
Special Tours
Some multi-day tours, private charters, or flights may have stricter policies. These special terms will be clearly listed on the booking page and your ticket.
2. Weather & Force Majeure
Safety is our priority. If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to bad weather, Coast Guard restrictions, or unforeseen safety concerns:
You will be offered an alternative date.
If you cannot reschedule, you will receive a full refund (100%).
3. Refund Processing Time
Approval: Refund requests are processed within 24-48 hours.
Bank Transfer: Once processed, funds usually appear in your bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's international processing times.
Currency: Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment. Routri is not responsible for differences in exchange rates or bank fees charged by your provider.
Processing Timeline
While we process refunds quickly, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account due to international banking procedures.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please use one of the following methods:
Self-Service: Go to the "My Bookings" section in your account and select "Cancel".
