I recently stayed at Fort Arabesque Resort, Spa & Villas in Hurghada and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful. The hotel facilities are beautiful, the beach is stunning, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The food was fresh and varied, and everything was clean and well organized. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable throughout my vacation. I would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back again.

A full day activities with so much fun - camel ride, quad bike, snorkeling and sightseeing to the market and Red Canyon. The tour guide, Imad was brilliant - knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. The driver Mohammed was so kind and helpful. There were 12 of us family and friends travelling together and we had the best time in Sharm El Sheikh! Thank you very much!

I had a fantastic stay at Long Beach Resort in Hurghada, Egypt. The resort is beautiful, with a long private beach, clear turquoise water, and well-maintained gardens. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food was excellent with a great variety every day. A special thank you to Chef Romani — his food was delicious, and he was very kind and professional. You can really see the care and quality in every dish. Also, a big thank you to Shahata from room service — the service was amazing! He was always friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and Hala and Selim yuivar

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my complimentary free week stay, which I earned after completing the required number of nights at your hotel. After demonstrating loyalty to your property and successfully reaching the eligibility threshold for a free week stay, I was informed that I must redeem this complimentary stay during the COVID-19 pandemic period or it would expire. Due to the extraordinary global circumstances at that time — including travel restrictions, health risks, and government advisories — it was neither reasonable nor safe to travel. Despite these exceptional circumstances, I was given no flexibility, and my earned complimentary week was ultimately expired without accommodation or extension. I find this extremely unfair and disappointing, especially considering that the pandemic was a force majeure event entirely outside of my control. As a loyal guest who fulfilled all the program requirements in good faith, I expected a level of understanding and customer care that reflects the reputation of your establishment. Forcing redemption during a global crisis or voiding the benefit altogether does not reflect fair business practice nor appreciation for customer loyalty. I Would never use any out of your properties again.
