Where to begin, firstly the camels were fabulous and the guys that led us were very friendly. Mine was lovely and chatty. We saw mango trees, banana trees and all around the residential areas of the West Bank. A great insight into daily life and everyone was very friendly. We were sent a pic of the vehicle picking us up, that was great. What I wasn’t told was that we were getting dropped off 3mins later near Luxor temple to get a boat across to the west side. No one seemed to know what was going on, driver just said to wait. A young chap said he would organise a boat, which he did. Then when we got over he got someone to get someone else to walk us to the stables. It all seemed very disorganised and made us quite anxious tbh. The journey back was pretty much the same. All of this meant lots of tips too.
