Wir waren in Marina und haben dort eine 2 Stündige Tour gebucht. Vom Verkaufsstand wurden wir zur Ticketausgabe begleitet, dort konnten wir bezahlen und haben unsere Boardkarten bekommen. Beim Boarding wurde den Leuten geholfen, die Angst hatten über die Railing zu laufen. Es war immer jemand von der Crewe greifbar und in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nach ca 15-20 Minuten Fahrt ging es dann ins Unterdeck, welches gut klimatisiert ist. Die Riffe die angefahren wurden waren teilw abgestorben - hier sieht man die Umweltauswirkungen. Dennoch waren sehr viele Fische, Korallen und Muscheln zu sehen. Die Fischarten wurde ebenfalls erklärt. Ein Crew-Mitglied ist getaucht und hat uns an den Scheiben unterhalten. Nach ca 30-40 Minuten konnten wir dann Schnorcheln gehen, für ca 40-45 Minuten. Da mein Kind (5J) und meine Frau das erste mal im Freiwasser unterwegs waren, wurde besonders acht auf sie gegeben. Der kurze bekam eine Schwimmweste und wer wollte auch Brille und Schnorchel. Im Wasser konnten meine Beiden Lieben sich an einem Rettungsring festhalten und es war dauerhaft eine Begleitung der Crew bei ihnen. Zurück auf dem Boot konnte man sich abduschen und auch auf der Toilette umziehen. Es gab einige Getränke zur Erfrischung. Dann begann die Rückfahrt und wir waren nach ca 20-25 Minuten wieder im Hafen. Die Crew war äußerst freundlich, machte immer ein paar Späßchen und sorgte sich um die Gäste. Ja der Fotograf will natürlich seine Bilder machen und verkaufen, wenn man ihm es aber freundlich und bestimmt mitteilt, dass man kein Interesse an den Fotos hat, dann fragt er auch kein zweites mal nach. Dieses Geschäftsmodell gehört nun mal zu solchen Touren dazu - also nicht ärgern, sondern bestimmt und höflich abwinken. Meine Vermutung ist, dass wir einfach eine Klasse Crew hatten, wie es auf den anderen Booten zu ging kann ich nicht beurteilen. Es ist sehr viel von den Menschen abhängig. Daher können wir nichts negatives berichten, im Gegenteil. Ich kann jedem nur zu dieser Tour raten. Wir hatten das Boot Nr 7, vielleicht hilft das. Schade nur, dass wenige Gäste Trinkgeld gegeben haben.

We visited in April and just caught a taxi to the submarine port and then negotiated with the owner to get a good price instead of booking as an excursion through an external company. The owner whose name I don't remember was amazing and the service was fab from start to finish. You're only at the bottom for around 1 hour not two and the rest of the time is spent on deck. They have photographers on board who take pics and did a fab job. The staff were lovely and even let us go sit in the captain's chair with his hat which my children loved. The reefs and fish were great and my kids really enjoyed them. It was a great experience as a one off but it is literally just a one off experience. Would defo recommend if you haven't done it before. Service on board was also amazing. You do get a LOT of people trying to sell you stuff such as drinks, souvenirs etc whilst you wait to board but if you stand your ground they do back off.

Less than 1 Hour boat trip which includes the Basement level where can see the corals and marine life. With the price they offer ot should be atleast 3 hours or must reduce the price.

We should have done our homework and gone on a traditional boat. There were a lot of excited, loud and sweet young children but the noise level was unbearable, including the music on deck. The staff were lovely and checked we were okay. I will not mark them down as it just was not for us. The lost stars were due to the cost- €120 for four of us and we were asked to separate into two minibuses and when on board. We refused as someone in our party has additional but not visible needs and there were plenty of spare seats if people moved up and filled them!

Прекрасная возможность увидеть подводную жизнь без ныряния с аквалангом. Все действительно очень хорошо видно. Подводная палуба узковата, но все как правило усаживаются только с одной стороны, той, что повернута к рифу. Так что не тесно. Всё удовольствие длится 30-40 минут, во время которых вас катают вдоль рифа. Рыбки и прочие радости красного моря как на ладони. И еще: не верьте продавцам на пристани, которые будут впаривать вам воду втридорога, мотивируя тем, что на борту воды нет. Есть там вода. Много и бесплатно.
