It was a wonderful experience! As a solo female traveler I must say at first I was in defense mode before going the trip but as soon as I met my guide, Nour and our driver, Mahmoud I felt very safe. True profesionists with a lot of knowledge happy to share. Everything I needed was provided, the hike was amazing from staring at the multitude of the stars to admiring hou the Bedouins are mastering the climbing. It was one in a lifetime experience! I fully recommend!

This review is long overdue but I recommend this tour highly! It was so well run and we felt so safe and taken care of! Our guide Mahmoud Anwar has been the best guide we have ever had- he would make sure we had snacks and enough toilet breaks during the long drive and even made sure I had proper clothing and preparation for the cold hike. Our driver was efficient and kept us safe. My husband and I had our own room to sleep for a little before the hike. Woke up at night to begin the hike where a guide there took us up the mountain. bring cash in case you want to ride a camel for a portion of the way! Mahmoud again was amazing for the entire tour- I know he must be doing great things!

Our guide Tigo is super helpful during the tour. Very knowledgeable, told us a lot about history of Egypt, local food and even taught us some Arabic. He's responsible all the time, even helping us on our next tour! He's humorous and speak great English, as well as Spanish, German, Russian. It was a long tour with many hours on the car, But he made it enjoyable all our way. We really appreciate his help!
